Attempting to start this up again:
Breakfast I had one poppyseed bagel with salmon cream cheese. Salmon cream cheese is my attempt to start eating fish, and I don't like it.
Lunch I had a super grilled cheese with cheese, veggie meat, eggplant spread, artichoke and mushroom; spinach salad with grapes and sunflower seeds, sweet potato corn chips.

Well It's not the Good Start I would have liked
But if I don't prove to myself that the bad days will end up on the internet it will never happen. So...
Breakfast: Ralph's cereal, soy vanilla yogurt, coffee
Lunch: Veggie ham, soy cheese sandwich
Snack*: PB&J, 2c fried rice, trail mix, 2 cookies
Dinner: small Israeli salad portion, 1/3 falafel, 2 slice challah
Dessert: toffee bar and soy ice cream
Danger zone: trail mix
*really turned into dinner, with dinner time bringing snack
